Self care should be part of your routine. Whether you're a busy mom, a hustling entrepreneur, or just trying to make it through the week, remember that self care isn't selfish! Here are 10 real doable self care tips that help me reset, recharge, and reconnect with myself.


  1. Romanticize the little things.

    I love having my morning coffee and sitting on the porch with my little one so we start the day with some fresh air and a peaceful tone.


  2. Soak up Sunlight!

    Sunlight is such a good way to lift your mood. It regulates your internal clock, it boosts vitamin d production, mood, sleep, and overall health.


  3. Having a "do nothing" day.

    Burnout doesn't serve anyone. Even one guilt free day can restore your energy.


  4. Hydrate like it's your job.

    With more water comes better skin and better mood. No one likes feeling dehydrated and everyone loves hydrated skin!


  5. Move your body daily.

    I can't even tell you how stepping out o the house for a little walk really helps to slow things down and relax. Also, if I'm not able to go to the gym then I am finding some way to move my body, whether it's yoga, pilates, or stretching while playing with my baby. Movement doesn't have to be intense to be powerful.


  6. Dance like no one's watching.

    I love putting on music and dancing around, especially when my son starts laughing at my moves it encourages me to get more creative. It's fun and freeing!


  7. Unplug from social media for a while.

    Whether it's an hour or an afternoon, disconnect from the world. The stroll can wait - you deserve your own attention.


  8. Do something creative.

    Paint, draw, bake, decorate - whatever sparks joy. Creativity is healing and can help you connect with your inner self.


  9. Write a gratitude list.

    I have been working a lot on this one and it has been life changing for me. Every day I make a list of the things I am grateful for, no matter how small. It helps me stay grounded and shifts my focus to abundance.


  10. Prioritize skincare.

    I love my skincare routine. It makes me feel confident knowing that I am showing up with care and consistency for myself. Little acts of self love go a long way!
